It is the policy of Wilson Parking (Holdings) Limited (“the Company”) to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“the Ordinance”). In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
We safeguard all information provided by our customers and web site users (“Users”). We do not collect any personal data from Users during their browsing of our web sites. However, Users may be asked to provide personal data when making enquiries or filing complaints for services provided. Personal data collected by the Company includes but not limited to the following:

- telephone number
- email address
Information collected will be kept in strict confidence in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance but we may provide such information to:
- any subsidiaries, holding companies, associated companies, or affiliates of, or companies controlled by, or under common control with the Company;
- where such disclosure is authorized or required by law.
Collection of personal data from Users shall be for purposes relating to the daily operation of the services of the Company, including but not limited to:
- handling and following up enquiries, suggestions and complaints;
- conducting service surveys to better understand customers’ needs;
- better tailor products and services to the needs of our customers and/or the type of information presented to our customers;
- supplying information to customers.
Failure to provide personal data may result in enquiries of Users not being able to be handled promptly and appropriately.
We will make our best endeavours to ensure that the privacy of Users is properly protected. However, given the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that it is 100% secure. Despite our effort to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information transmitted by Users.
In order to provide Users with more information and services, we use third party content providers and service providers, and provide links to other web sites. These third parties may collect Users’ personal data when Users make use of their services. These third parties adhere to their own privacy policies and practices and our Privacy Policy Statement does not cover such third party practices.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy Statement, the English version shall prevail.
